# Exhibiting in Germany? Talk directly to the people who build your stand

Design, fabrication, logistics and on-site assembly for German trade shows — one team, one contract, one number to call. Polish cost base, German venue standards, and the flexibility to handle decisions made late.

## One partner instead of a chain

When you hire us, you talk to the team that draws, builds and stands your booth up in the hall. Questions get answered by the person who will solve them, quotes are itemized down to the furniture, and a design change doesn't travel through three inboxes before it reaches the workshop. Many mid-size companies exhibiting in Germany work exactly this way — a marketing manager on your side, a project manager on ours, and nothing in between.

## The German venues hold no surprises for us

Sixteen years of building at Messe München, Messe Berlin, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Frankfurt, Hamburg and Hannover means we know each venue's technical regime first-hand: B1 fire-rated materials, statics sign-offs, rigging rules, night-work permissions and the exact paperwork each inspection expects. You won't need to learn any of it — our drawings pass the venue first time, and we handle the submissions.

We know the halls themselves too — and they differ more than exhibitors expect. Some halls have low ceilings that rule out tall builds or hanging banners; others have columns your floor plan must work around, gate sizes that limit how large elements can arrive pre-assembled, floor-loading limits for heavy exhibits, or glass roofs that turn a summer show tropical — worth knowing before you decide against air conditioning in the meeting room. Having built across these cities for years, we flag such constraints at the design stage, not during build-up week.

## Polish cost base, German build quality

Our project management and fabrication network are based in Poland, a two-hour drive from the German border — a fundamentally different cost structure from contractors quoting out of Munich or Frankfurt. What arrives in the hall is built to the same standard a German contractor would deliver: EU-norm electrics, certified materials, clean handover. The difference stays in your budget, not in the build.

## Flexibility for decisions made late

A product list that changes in the final week. A CEO who wants the meeting room moved after seeing the renders. A shipment that lands a day late. Real projects run like this, and our crews absorb it — late design changes, night shifts and weekend work are part of the plan, not a change-order negotiation. This flexibility has been the deciding factor for many of our clients from Asia and the Middle East exhibiting at German shows.

## Questions exhibitors ask us

What does an exhibition stand in Germany cost?

Most custom builds we deliver work with a construction budget between 300 and 800 € per square metre, depending on how much bespoke structure, furniture and multimedia the design calls for. Space rental, rigging and venue services come on top and vary by show. We quote itemized, so you can see exactly what each euro buys — and compare our offer line by line with any other.

Do you design the stand too, or only build it?

Both. If you already have a design, we adapt it to the venue and build it. If you start from a blank page, our design service delivers a 3D concept priced at 5–15 € per square metre — refunded in full when the stand is built with us.

Do we need to speak German or be on site during the build?

No. We run projects in English, Chinese and Polish, and we handle the venue paperwork — technical submissions, statics sign-offs, material certificates — as part of the job. Most clients arrive the day before opening to a finished stand.

Do you handle logistics and customs?

Yes — transport to the venue, official forwarder coordination for the last mile, customs paperwork including ATA carnets for exhibits, empties storage during the show, and return shipping or storage of reusable elements afterwards.

When should we book a stand builder for a German show?

Earlier is always cheaper and calmer — German venues expect technical submissions well before the show. That said, late starts are our specialty: our crews absorb compressed timelines, night shifts and last-minute design changes as part of the plan, not as a crisis surcharge.
