People Can sp. z o.o. was founded three years ago, but the experience behind it goes much deeper. Before starting his own production companies nine years ago, our founder spent seven years as Head of International Project Management at one of the world's major China-based exhibition stand builders — delivering projects across continents, venues and time zones.
That background shapes how we work today: international logistics treated as routine rather than adventure, fixed opening days treated as immovable, and agency partners treated as exactly that — partners whose client relationships we protect.
We keep the company lean by design: a tight project-management core in Poznań, Poland, backed by a production network built over those 16 years — multiple companies, multiple countries, chosen competitively for every project. It's how a recent 342 sqm flagship pavilion at GITEX Europe 2025 in Berlin got delivered with the same overheads as a 20 sqm stand: we scale when the project demands it and stay lean when it doesn't.
From Poznań we build across Europe's exhibition circuit, and follow our partners worldwide with the same network in the Middle East, East Asia and the United States. We work in English, Chinese and Polish.
