Your exhibition stand builder in Germany — without the German price tag
Most of our projects are built on German fairgrounds. If your agency sells a stand at a German show, we are the production partner behind it: Polish cost structure, German venue standards, white-label as default.
An exhibition stand contractor who knows the German venues
Sixteen years of building at Messe München, Messe Berlin, Messe Düsseldorf, Messe Frankfurt, Hamburg and Hannover means the technical regulations hold no surprises for us: B1 fire-rated materials, statics sign-offs, rigging rules, night-work permissions, waste regimes, the exact paperwork each venue's inspection expects. You quote your client with confidence; we make the drawings pass the venue first time.
Polish pricing, German standards
Our project management and fabrication network are based in Poland — a fundamentally different cost base, a two-hour drive from the German border. The stand that arrives at the hall is built to the same standards a German contractor would deliver: EU-norm electrics, certified materials, clean handover. The difference shows up in your margin, not in the build quality. Quotes are itemized and transparent — what's in the offer is what stands in the hall.
Flexibility your client will feel
A design change on Tuesday with the opening on Thursday. A product list that shifts in the final week. A client who decides late — as clients do. Our crews absorb late changes, night shifts and weekend work as part of the plan, not as a change-order negotiation. This flexibility has been the deciding factor for many of our clients from Asia and the Middle East exhibiting at German shows — and it is exactly what rigid local processes struggle to offer.
White-label, in writing
We work under your brand: no People Can logos in front of your client, NDAs and non-circumvention clauses as standard practice, and a strict non-compete policy we have kept for as long as we've been in business. Your client is your client — at the venue, in the paperwork, and after the show.

Public references include the 342 sqm Digital Dubai pavilion and the UAE Ministry of Economy stand at GITEX Europe in Berlin, HiTHIUM, HyperStrong and SUNSHARE at Intersolar in Munich, and country pavilions at Tube & Wire and Heimtextil in Düsseldorf. Many more German projects are covered by NDAs with agency partners — we are glad to share relevant references privately.
